I’ve had a lot of people asking, and I’m really sorry for not coming up with a solid date sooner, but I’m pleased to announce that Caffi Kiki will be re-opening on Wednesday the 17th of April. Just two weeks to go!
I’ll be opening with more or less the same menu, which I spent most of last year fine-tuning, but with some exciting new additions. As always, I will keep experimenting with different specials, but I’m going to make more of a commitment to keeping these healthy, low sugar and high protein.
On a contradictory note, my homemade bakalva was a clear favourite last year, so this will definitely become a regular thing (sorry, waistline!)
As some of you know, I finally got my alcohol license in December, so you will now be able to enjoy a glass of wine (including vegan wine!) or a local beer with your lunch! I’m also looking forward to working with The Coconut Kitchen Thai curry pastes to bring you some Asian theme nights, as well as the tapas/mediterranean nights that have been in the pipeline for a while.
Another thing that I’ve been looking forward to for a while is starting up Welsh learners conversation classes. These could involve language games and activities, or simply just an excuse for a panad and sgwrs! I would also love to host other language exchange events depending on demand, so please let me know if this is something you would be interested in! Gracias.
After the success of the Winter Festival I’m also hoping to host more events in the park over the summer, let’s just hope we’re as lucky with the weather this year!
